However, if our servers are not functioning and remain inaccessible even after you register a formal complaint (allowing 48-72 hours for resolution), you become eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the formula: Refund = (Total Payment × Unused Days) / Total Trial Days. For example, if you paid ₹1000 for 30 days and the server stopped working after 10 days, you would receive ₹667 (for the remaining 20 days).

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
